Our resident population is relatively young (age range late 20’s to early 80’s) with an average age of around 55, many residents in their 30’s & 40’s.

• All staff trained in crisis prevention

   and  limit setting
• 4 Neighborhoods with distinct teams

   of RNs, LPNs and CNAs

         RESTORATIVE NURSING
• Exercise programs and restorative

   physical therapy
• Newly updated therapy gym
• Restorative Dining for those with

   complicated nutritional needs

         MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES
• Provides weekly clinical and psychiatric

   visits, quarterly medication evaluation

   and group therapy
• Offers day programs targeting treatment,

   education, and living skills
• Provides crisis-intervention services
• Individual psychotherapy with licensed

   therapists for residents with Medicaid

   and Medicare
• Rainbow Center day program offered

   5 times per week with peer specialists
